I want to play the game 

I start the game but it hungs on the load screen with this sand storm and it gets not further 

Is my disc or the ps4 drive broken 😣😣😣

One way to tell if it is the disc or the drive is to try other games. Do other games have problems?

Looks like you might need to get another copy.  I had problems with my original Wii Sports disc (believe the crappy paper sleeve they provided didn't protect it as good as a plastic case) and I had to get another copy of that game.  Pissed me off so much that it didn't work and all other games worked that I broke it in half.  I then called customer service but got nowhere (just stated I would have to buy another copy for $20).  I then sent an email complaining that it was probably the fault of the paper sleeve and got a call 30 mins later saying they would send me one for free.  I was going to spare you the story but thought it was a little funny.

Try taking the game to gamestop.  Maybe they will just load it to the start screen but not play it.  So you might be able to pass the game off as working.

Yea u mean i have to contact the costumer service i hope it will work dont know how its here in Germany but will try to See what it brings

I did it many times but no effect 😭

Well if are sure the disk is clean then I'd take it back to the store you got it from and get another copy. Sounds really odd. If the game installed then the disk should be fine.

That first load is super long. Just keep waiting. After a while, it will start counting,... slowly.
