Who will win Super Bowl 50?

Patriots 116 25.00%

Seahawks 41 8.84%

Colts 7 1.51%

Packers 42 9.05%

Broncos 85 18.32%

Ravens 8 1.72%

Cowboys 18 3.88%

Panthers 56 12.07%

Other 74 15.95%

Scoreboard 17 3.66%

The Broncos O line is horrible.. That was the most pressure and hits I have seen on Peyton in a long time.

Terrell Suggs being injured sucks. All the other AFC West teams caught a break from the Broncos.

Exactly, he should have been done after that season.  He would have gone out on a high note, even with the super bowl loss.

Most players do not quit on a high note. He took the Broncos to 12-4 season last year, so it just sounds like you want him to quit. Not that he actually should have quit.

Edit: This site is slow as hell.

Well, Peyton is too old for football. That's what I and many other people were trying to tell you.

I will wait and see. No one seems to want to give the Ravens D some credit and respect for doing pretty good yesterday especially against the run. All those Sacks.

The team is more than Peyton they still won thanks to the killer defense they have.

And if Peyton is injured Brock Osweiller is a good young prospect.

Benched. The word you are looking for is "benched".

Carroll's claiming that he called a different play on that overtime onside kick. Which, even if true, is surprising: considering the Seahawks are supposed to be a good defensive team, and that Nick Foles is not supposed to be good at football, what does it say about Carroll's confidence in his own defense?

Peyton won't be laughing when he eats Kansas City grass. I'll pick the Chiefs for TNF.

The Chiefs' fans will doubtless be riveted again.

Peyton looked like he needs to retire.

He looked better than Flacco.

Ravens had a top 5 run defense last year and were top 3 in yards per attempt. It makes sense that the offense would struggle, especially the Kubiak offense. Some of his passes were off the mark, but not by much. They should have went deep more, and to Baybay. They didn't stretch the field, the Ravens adjusted and played tight coverage and had a great pass rush. Most QB's in the league would have struggled with that. Flacco had the same issue on the other side. Swarming coverage, relentless pass rush, no run game, no vertical threat.

Also, holy shit. A ref was hit by a Ravens player in the game, it didn't look too bad. Turns out be broke 9 ribs and had a collapsed lung.

Spent my ban-day in the pub watching all the games. I took a few UK people with me who weren't too versed on American Football and they mostly played pool (and demolished me at it) but at least they kind of watched the games! Anyhow a few observations:

-That game between the Ravens and Broncos was a gooder (if not very frustrating for me). I quite like defensive battles. That last Ravens drive had me very excited (what was it; the second time either offense had entered the red zone?), but of course there would be an endzone interception. Isn't that how it always works? Oh, and to rub salt in the wound, Suggs is out for the season. At least Manning looks like dusty farts.
-By all means, the Cowboys did not deserve to win. They practically gifted the G-men all of their points from turnovers, gifted them 1st downs from stupid penalties, and dropped key passes that would have extended drives. I wanted the Cowboys to win because I picked them in my bracket, but the Giants deserved that victory.
-The Bills had a very very strong game against the Colts. A close friend of me told me before the season that they would make the playoffs in a convincing manner, and by the looks of that first game he may be right. Defense and run game look strong. I'd love to see someone from that division slap the Patriots around at least once (pretty please!).
-In two separate battles between terrible teams that I'm positive no one was watching (Jets/Browns and Titans/Buccaneers), at least one of them proved to have interesting highlights. Yes, the Titans thrashed the Buccaneers, but I'll reserve judgement on ol' Tennessee until week 3. They play the Browns next week so no biggie there: a strong performance against the Colts will be a better indicator of their skillz.

No, they didn't. They deliberately tried not to score on their last drive.  I don't know if Coughlin has literally gone senile, but that type of behavior does not deserve to be rewarded.
