So Redskins instead of Browns in your bracket? Or was that just a random statement? |

Hope I didn't make any mistakes! I'll play in the prediction league again. Hopefully I do a better job of actually making picks this time.
The entire AFC bracket can change mightily depending on when/if the Brady suspension comes down. I give the Colts the edge in the conference over Denver based solely on the AFC South being pretty bad while the West has a good SD team and a competent Queefs bunch.
I really hope the Bills get good QB play, that team is LOADED with playmakers on offense and it would be a shame if they don't make some noise.
Ravens I am picking in the AFCN based mostly on pass rush. I think Steelers/Bengals could go either way for #2.
Dallas can be great if the run game is anywhere close to last year. I am guessing it will still be good. It can't be as good as last year though.
Cardinals could shock the world and win the NFCW if Palmer stays healthy. I don't think many people understand just how good they were last year playing with the QB's they had to use.
It feels weird to have Detroit #4 in the division. I guess the Bears will probably end up there, but I always like rooting for Cutler. Vikings were good last year, maybe it was just a fluke though?
I can't think of an NFC division less interesting than the NFCS.

No kidding. Whoever will lose the least games will get the 4th seed just like last year haha

RolStoppable said: Last week was the Jets', now it looks like this one will be the Redskins'. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000511113/article/rgiii-feels-he-can-be-best-quarterback-in-nfl For clarification, the second story is about Mike Shanahan's recent statements, although they aren't too different from Kyle's. Regardless, there seems to be too much confidence in Redskins QBs. On a sidenote, there was also an article about Tim Tebow being the most popular fourth string QB in the league. |
Assuming Fitzmagic's plot to cripple/kill/imprison all the other starting quarterbacks succeeds, I can see RG III being correct.
With the Panthers losing Kelvin Benjamin due to an ACL injury expect there record to go from 3-13 to 2-14
Survivor Millennial vs Gen X!!
Like an hour after Benjamin went down with a knee injury, the Dolphins safety Louis Dhelmas (sp) did too on the same field. He's apparently torn his ACL again, would be the second time in a year he has torn it. He's never been amazing but he was solid in Detroit. I used to like trading for him in Madden and building him up because his speed was so good. Guess he'll be slower now :o
Man the Dolphins have a good schedule, too. I didn't realize it was so favorable. They could easily start 5-1 or 4-2 and 4 of their last 5 are at home. If they don't make the postseason with this schedule I think they should probably move on from the Philbin regime.

So you thought that the Panthers would finish second in the NFC South with a 3-13 record? Just admit it, man. You desperately want to be mentioned in the thread title. Because that post of yours... god have mercy. |
Yeppers. I figured the Bucs would just give up all together and stop being a NFL team. That would result in giving every team in the NFC south 2 wins for free! Then the Panthers would beat the Falcons once and lose the second time. The Panthers and Falcons lose all there other games and tie for second in the division. Instead of both teams battling to the death for the coveted position of second place in the south the Falcons decided to hedge thier bets and go for a better draft pick. Thus the Panthers finish second in the NFC South.
Also yes I have been desperately trying to get my name in that thread title sense that one week I had correctly predicted the Raiders fate of breaking there 9 game losing streak against the Chiefs.

Alright, there you go. EDIT: Noticed that you edited to a 2-14 record, so I changed the thread title accordingly. |
Yeah man, I had to make sure my numbers were at least right so I don't have myself looking like a fool.
Thread title looking sweet btw! Now the Giants just have to make the playoffs and all my goals for this NFL season will be complete.
Edit: Also the Giants HAVE TO beat the Patriots. Preferably with fully inflated footballs, but what ever gets the job done I'm okay with.
