I remember Capcom saying they could work in Resident Evil 2 remake a while back, before Resident Evil 6, but it was said very casually within an interview that it would seem like no one paid much attention.

I wonder if anyone here remembers any of that.

I didn't know it. But that makes this to happen. I believe it iwll be PS4/XOne/PC considering the great sales of Remake HD.
