FF7 BATTLE SYSTEM IS OUTDATED NOT THE CONCEPT OF TURNBASED ITSELF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exactly. Original FF7 Battle System can be upgraded A LOT and keep it turn based.

I cannot imagine toilet-free life.

Kebabs have a unique attribute compared to other consumables. To unlock this effect you need to wolf down a big ass kebab really fast, like under 10 minutes or so and wait for the effect to kick in. If done correctly your movements should feel unbelievably heavy to the point where you literally cannot move at all.

You'll have full control over Tifa's boobies with L3 and R3.

Gamers have been asking a remake for 10 plus years. It happens, then people act little bitches. A remake is to take something old a redo it with the current ages tech and design sensabilities.

Why the fuck would anybody think FF7's outdated battle would be intact? It will NOT be traditional turn based but ARPG ethier. It will probably look to imitate Advent Children like all Nomura's games.

People have been asking for a REMAKE when they apparently meant REMASTER

A remaster is a port of the original game. Running on new hardware. And using the new hardware to clean it up. A remake is reconstructing the game on a modern system. But doesn't mean change things as they please. Then it's really a reimagining. The only element that would be a remake is the script. Everything else is reimagined.

And yet DQ11.

Don't forget Pokemon too. That relies on good quality turn based combat and sells 10m+ when it releases nearly every year.

Oh and don't forget all the love that Persona 4 Golden got either, or the amount of fans Hyperdimenion Neptunia and the Atelier series have.

Persona 4 is not getting the love it gets due to its combat, in fact that is openly known to be one of the weaker parts of the game and the amount of fans the Hyperdimension Neptunia and Atelier series have is one thing: small.

And Pokemons battle system is a lot more tactical than Final Fantasy VII's which not quite far into the game devolved into spamming attack at pretty much any given enemy and sometimes using summons and limit breaks, the Materia system in FFVII was great and I'll be mad if that gets destroyed but lets please not act as if FFVII's battle system was anything to write home about.

Don't throw the game under the bus, if you've seen literally nothing of it.

Remaking a game is bringing it into the modern era and trying to also modernize it for current audiences, that's the same for movies as well as games, that can very much entail gameplay changes. Never has remake ment just giving people the exact same game with new graphics and SE has been pretty upfront with that not being the plan for the FF7 Remake either.
