Comics, in actually prefer vertigo so DC.
Movies, lately been much more hits with Marvel.
Cartoons DC though none are particularly recent
Video games, Batman over the marvel ones I played
TV I'm currently leaning Marvel but only watched shield and arrow so far so plenty of room to swing either way.

superman is gay and Batman makes no sense so Marvel

Seeing as I don't read comics and pretty much the only thing I do with super heroes is watch the movies, I'd have to go with Marvel, just because the recent movies have been really good.

I like both DC and Marvel but ultimately I have to side with Marvel as I'm interested in more of their heroes then I am with DC. Seriously if you take away Batman I lose almost all interest in DC. Whereas with Marvel there's no one hero you can remove and that happens.

Superman vs The Elite

Then give me your vote. I would name more but then it would be Batman overload! Attack on Arkham is a good suicide squad intro, though.

Marvel for live action movies by a huge margin and DC for animated features by a huge margin.....

Not really a preference, both have ups and downs, it's a mixed bag really.

I'd say X-Men are my favorite comic book related series, which is Marvel, the movies are all great. Super-hero comic book related anyway. On the other hand DC has Batman, which is great all around and concerning the movies I greatly prefer those to the Avengers universe movies. DC to me also wins at tv series, as a series like Arrow is great, and easily beats the so-so Agents of Shield. Then, the films, most of them anyway, screwed up Spider-Man, though he is still a cool hero. Marvel's Thor is also still cool enough and if 300 counts here, that's great as well.

So in spite of a Marvel series being my favorite, I guess, with X-Men, I'd say I like DC overal better because I just prefer the 'lore' or 'myth' behind their heroes better. Mostly. Or something.

I actually feel really lucky to have no emotional ties with either, I honestly don't care if a superhero movie is made by Marvel or DC I will watch it and judge it on it's own merit..

Oh gosh this must be what the Xbox/PS neutral guys feel..

Don't forget an oldie but goodie: Mask of the Phantasm. That movie is amazing!
