I think it would be nice to bring the stickies back for each of the forums, it only makes sense to keep the threads that's always on the first page at the top, if people want to ignore them they just jump past the stickies and can go on the the newer threads instead of scrolling through the same old top threads.
We just need a new rule of how a thread becomes stickied, maybe make a thread where once a month or so we vote for what threads should be stickied and what thread should stay or get removed from being stickied and you need a certain amount of votes to get accepted, instead of just having the mods randomly add them when asked, get the community involved.
