I'm just gonna buy it digitally from the US store. Costs cheaper than buying digitally here in EU and I get it day one. It's a win win.

Looking at that list, TBA 2016 just basically means that they have no idea at all.
Dead Island 2 is definitely 2016 game, and neither is FFVII most likely. And given the fact that every single 1st party exclusive after launch.got delayed, I expect Horizon to drop to 2017 as well.

So glad this is for Europe. I was so disappointed to see Persona 5 in TBD. It was pretty much the only 2015 PS4 game I was looking forward too. I really hope it does end up coming out in 2015 in the US.

They're all listed as "coming soon" which is open to interpretation. All we can do is take each title individually and closely inspect the publishers history. 

Squenix, for an example, doesn't have a good history, and they have a tendency to reveal games several years before they are released.
