Super Smash 3DS - 7.04 million

LTD WiiU Software:
Mario Kart 8 - 5.43 million - 54%
Nintendo Land - 4.88 million - 49%

Super Mario 3D World - 4.3 million - 43%
Super Smash Wii U - 3.83 million - 38%
Splatoon - 1.62m - 16% for now, its rising very fast :)

Tsk tsk, Nintendo games have some serious attach rates. Wii U having a big attach rate would mean the overall attach rate (total software sold vs total hardware) would be very high.

I'll confess that through the last gen I barely used my wii and wasmvery much a 360/ps4 guy, but this time around I buy a ton of games for the wii u and 3ds as they're just consistently good. I anxiously await most wii u releases at this point, it's definitely my preferred console so far over the ps4 (don't have xb1 yet).

Wii U is very good console, just with bad sales. Also, games on first place are thing that define every console, not sales or architecture.



For Mario and Pokemon*

Hopefully we see more Splatoon type successes in future.
