I would guess forms of autism as past thirty years has seen that field expand greatly in diagnosis and variety.

Like Hoarding. For years we all just thought these people were dirty pack rats, but now we know it is a disease. Another example would be bipolar disorder adn depressing. For years we just said these people were either lazy or just simply violent, but now we know soo much more.

What else is most likely a disease, that we do not know about yet or how to actually treat or help?

anything abnormal is by definition a disease or disorder. for many of them it isn't even fair to call them diseases as we don't necessarily know the cause as they could simply in many cases be a part of evolution and we just don't study these things on timescales that allow us to treat them as anything but a disease. It is perfectly natural for living organisms to mutate and change over time as nature tries to find the best options for success.

Internet addiction, and sugar addiction. Not exactly hidden, but still.

Are adrenaline junkies classified as a disease yet?

I'm sorta addicted to endorphins, prone to overdo exercising and feel restless when I don't have time to do something active. Today I went cycling for another 63km despite heatwave conditions. Swimming afterwards felt really good and an ice cold glass of coke tastes heavenly.
