quick question, if it is a private lobby, i think experience/level won't increase right? or did they mention anything about it?

Link doesn't work for me, but just going by the bits in the OP it's sounds beautiful, I especially like the 40 new gear as it should allow for new ability combinations that were unlikely before.

I'll never understand why people care about the level cap, but the max rank increase is pretty significant, and now should be getting over 5k per win!

Woooo.. Level Cap increase! Friends Lobbies! New Modes!

Hope there would be a new mode that allows for NPC vs Players (sort of like TF2)
..but looks like there isn't a clan name option.. oh well, that was a stretch, and I doubted it would happen

EDIT: Actually, upon further reading, it looks like you can make 'clans' and vs another clan.. close enough to what I wanted! :D
