This white man disrespects police officers all the time and he's alive to tell the story. If a black man tried to do this they would put 80 bullets in him and the cops would say they feared for their life.

That is some weird and eerie stuff. It's almost as if 'I don't answer questions' is some sort of code.

White people cuss out police ALL the time. A lot of my friends are white and I always let them talk to the police when we get pulled over and the way they disrespect the police is so crazy to me. I know if I as a black man tried it I would be beat in to a bloody pulp so I never try it. lol

guys even if you believe this is a wrongful arrest he is not responsible for the death of Sandy Bland. She can just go to court and contest the arrest, she probably would have won given the video we have. Arguing with the police isn't going to win you anything even if you are right. Talk to the police officer's boss, contest it in court, and tell them you're gonna contact the media etc. It is certainly not his fault she killed herself.

currently playing: Skyward Sword, Mario Sunshine, Xenoblade Chronicles X

It's really scary to see how many people in this thread that actually defend a "Police state"-like behavior.

Yes, but in every case the phrase is EACTLY the same. You'd expect some variety such as 'I'm sorry I don't want to answer that' or 'I won't answer that question' but no, in every case it was 'I don't answer questions' which sounds slightly unatural. In at least two of those the policement just turns and walks away. Just odd.

edit: Just checked Youtube and there are a few videos explaining how to avoid police interogations and they all use this method.

I didn't watch the video but I'll just say--sometimes an officer doesn't know his job or doesn't know the law (have you tried reading a law book? That thing is fucking huge!).  If an officer doesn't have confidence, you can "Jedi mind trick" him.  He doesn't want to get in trouble.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y5TG8P5Wd-I Even white people at the Cliven Bundy ranch pointed semi automatic machine guns at the police and were ready to shoot the police and NOTHING happened to them.

Could you imagine blacks, muslims, hispanics pointing machine guns at the police and walking away alive? Only a white person would be allowed to point guns at police and walk away and the police do absolutely nothing. I love this country to death but the racism in this country is so comical that it makes me laugh at how some people try and deny it. LMFAO

If Sandra Bland was white the police would have probably gave Sandra Bland a severe ticket and let her drive off.

lol just wait till they start arresting you for thought crime

oh and this notion about blacks selectively being killed is being overblown... what's going on is that the incidents of police overstepping their boundaries that involve black people are being publicised more to drive a wedge and stoke tensions between blacks and whites

its the old hegelian dialectic at play and the black community is falling for it hook, line and sinker

Encinia: You mind putting out your cigarette, please? If you don’t mind?

Bland: I’m in my car, why do I have to put out my cigarette?

Seems to me like he was asking her a respectful question. She was then a complete bitch about it, at which point he had her get out of the car. The officer was far from the only one escalating the situation.

Whether or not she is legally required to put the cigarette out is besides the point. It is called basic respect, and I learned it when I was a little kid. She needs to grow the hell up.

Lets also make it clear that he very likely looked up her record when he returned to his car, so at this point in the discussion, he is already fully aware that she is a complete piece of garbage, and really wants nothing to do with her sassy attitude about the situation.

Money can't buy happiness. Just video games, which make me happy.

How do you know you would be beat to a bloody pulp if you never try it? You know, do the same as your friends?

Cute generalization btw.

The passive ambiguity of your post scares me more.
