Really hard question to answer. Can't do so objectively. Eyeballing it, I'd say "several have bought a 360 instead," but it's a general impression, not something I've counted. 

 IMO means "In My Opinion".

Had work today!

I sold two more 360s since Saturday. No more PS3s, and fairly slow on the DS's, actually.

I am sold out of NCAA 08 for the 360. I still have a good number of PS2/PS3 left. I recieved 12 of each.

Our PS3 display started vibrating this morning. I turned it off, turned it back on later, and it was fine.  

We're taking pre-orders for Madden, for all consoles: thus far, I've personally taken one Wii and one PS3 pre-order, but I doubt that's very revealing. My guess is that, just like everyone else, we will sell the most PS3/360 versions.

One small point of interest that is purely editorial: we recieved a new demo to put in our display 360 last week. The games displayed are TMNT, Pirates of the Caribbean, Meet the Robinsons and a surprise return of Viva Pinata. Without explicitly saying so, this disk seems much more family-oriented than previous versions, which had the likes of Forza and Gears on them. We recieve a new one every three months or so.

Any more news? I'm curious if Strikers has done anything to Wii sales and if you are noticing increased sales due to price drops for other systems?

 so it means you'll have that on display until november right ?? is that kind of disk comon too any retailer or they give a specific one depending on the brand ??? because that kind of change even if anecdotic for now... could be a prouf of change in there targeting methodes maybe :)

Ugh. I know I should update this more, and I'm sorry to those who ask me to! Here is a lowdown of the last 4 weeks.

1) We seem to have more Wiis coming in. Not a huge increase, but something like 33-40 percent more over the course of the last 6-8 weeks. They now sell out in about 24 hours, instead of evaporating in 2.

2) The PS3 saw another noticable surge a week ago. We sold 5 in one week, which is a lot for us. 3 were 60 Gigs, 2 were 80 Gigs. This last week we did not sell any systems, however.

3) Metroid Prime 3 continues to sell well at our store. By which I mean: we sold 12 copies the first week, and 9 copies this week.

4) Bioshock sold out for us. We have plenty of Madden to go around still.

5) This last week has been slow, slow slow, except we sold 2 360s. No PS3s, no Wiis in stock, a few DSes... that's it.

6) We FINALLY put a Halo 3 poster up. Given the level of advertisement going on for the game, I'm amazed we did not have it until now.

7) We now have more space for Blu-Ray movies than we do HD DVD. However, both groups are really small -- it's really just a full shelf of Blu Ray (10 movies) against half a shelf of HD DVD (5).

Me would Interest the increased Wii's. Where there a jump, or did they slowly increase week by week? Nice that you did an update :) *thumbs up*

 It was sudden. One week, they just changed our shipping schedule, and we started recieving 20 a week, instead of about 30 every two weeks.
