Congratulations to Universal for this milestone.
Proud to be a Californian.

That may be true, but The Avengers (the first movie) >>>>> Jurassic World, which honestly was quite crappy. It didn't have a good plot (seriously, it was the most predictable shit ever. You knew what was gonna happen from the start), and it had too little, and too bad dinosaur action (I know, that sounds weird, but it should've been both good, and more dinisaur action). The Avengers at least had good action....
Thats when you know people really have really really bad tastes, always the bad movies
Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:
PS4: 17m XB1: 10m WiiU: 10m Vita: 10m
While I enjoyed Jurassic world... I don't think it was worthy of that much success. Avengers is definitely the better movie... But oh well...

Well... There is Star Wars this year and then the new avatar movies after that which COULD do it...

Nah, neither will. Avatar has no hype for it and Star Wars isn't as big as it used to be.

In terms of ticket admissions though, meaning actual people who watched it in the cinemas, NOTHING can surpass Titanic's unreal numbers.
Anyway congrats to JW! It deserves every cent. Personally, no movie this year so far can compare to the FUN I've experienced watching JW. Next stop is TA's domestic gross which is pretty much toast after this week, then Age of Ultron's international gross which is also toast once JW opens in Japan or even before it.
I just saw this in theaters the other day, and you'd be surprised at how many people were there over a month after the film the came out.
