I can't understand how they can get away with making Betas part of PS+. I was going to do the Evolve Beta last year but went to log on and it said 'PS+ Required', so I didn't (didn't have it at the time). Beta should be under the same category as F2P games unless F2P games require a fee to Sony to use the network PSplus-less.

Depends of the beta... some betas are exclusives to PS+.

Not of case of SFV.

The positive side of this would probably be that Capcom will be more prepared when SFV launches.
