But OP asked France and Germany, in both countries Xbox One is currently a "failed" console. I'd say it'll be close in these countries, in Europe it could be Halo 5, mostly due to UK.

Splatoon. It has less competition on its console, and it's a new and really hyped IP. If OP had included the UK, then Halo would have won, but in both France and Germany the WiiU and the XBone are doing almost equally bad, so no userbase advantage there.

Halo 5 lifetime easly but Splatoon can sell more then Halo 5 in 2015



PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m

Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
