Is this good?

So that should mean for a better holiday season than last year. Xbox does more sales in the last 3 months than it usually does all the rest of the year.

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.

Top 50 'most fun' game list coming soon!

Tell me a funny joke!

Nice graph. Obviously it won't catch those above it, but if it could keep pace with at least the 360 if not the PS3 then that would be pretty good

It will track below PS3/360... maybe do half of them.

Nope, with this holiday season (Tomb Raider, Halo, Gears remake, Forza 6, Rare replay, BC ,bundles and more) the xbox one will continue to outdo the xbox 360 for the rest of the year. Next year it will have Quantum Break, Recore, Gears 4, Forza Horizon 3, Crackdown 3 (more than likely), scalebound.

I think you are overstating the influence of all of those 2016 titles, possibly with the exception of Gears 4. Also isn't 2015 comparable to 360's 2007? 2007 was Halo 3, are you expecting Halo 5 to be a bigger deal than Halo 3? I seriously doubt it. RoTR, for all I expect it to be a very good game, is going to get lost in the noise of all the massive multiplat games releasing around the same time, and for Xb one specifically Halo 5 too.

Gears remasterplus and Forza 6? Really you think those will have a substantial influence this holiday?

It really comes down to Halo 5 this year and Gears 4 next year and whatever MS has not yet anounced which might get lots of people (not just the Xbox choir) excited.

I guess people don't get that MS was shipping Assassin's creed bundles throughout Jan-Mar because MCC wasn't ready to be bundled until late march. As if it got #19 on Amazon's 2015 from just Holiday 2014 shipments. -__-

Yes, there will be people who will purchase the xbox one based on forza /gears remaster and it will continue to outsell the 360. Just look what is happening now without a main Halo or Gears title or any exclusive this first half of the year. It will outdo the 360 and possibly ps3 on a yearly bases.

Shipping numbers mean little, bundling shipping numbers means even less.

Like I said: 3.9 shipped, Greenberg was trying to pass off as sold, when it was really 3M sold. Day 1 editions were available several months after launch. And AC Bundles are still available. If that's not overshipping, I don't know what is.

You don't seem to understand how supply chains work. MS can't just overship constantly. They sell to retailers and can only ship what these retailers buy from them, they can make incentives etc for retailers to purchase extra but they can't just ship extra. No company can know for certain how many units are sold to consumers, financial reports are legal documents where companies are legally required to be accurate and hence all companies say what they provably know which is how many they sold to retailers.

Youre talking to a guy who once told me MS should have up to the second sales data WW for their products. So yeah.. of course some here believe if MS shows up at a businesses doorstep with 2,000 Xbox consoles, the business has to buy them all no matter how long it will take to sell them.

And how much do you think 360 is adding to this number.

Pretty good numbers, looks like the X1 is almost double what it was last year. I wish these companies would try to guise their misfortune by combining numbers tho.

So 1 - 1.2m shipped? not bad but not good either.
