Can someone explain how this type of scummy move is legal? Make a kickstart, take the money and run?

What does ps360 cancellation has to do with Wii U? the wii u is much more powerfull than those.
They should get sued. hoping slightly mad studios goes bankrupt.

Contributing money towards a kickstarter doesn't guarentee that a product will ever get made. Kickstarter is not a pre-ordering service.
