There is more than 1 star/sun..... Just so you know. And Superman is vastly more powerful than anyone Goku has fought, or Goku himself. It would be no challenge, Superman would win.

Oh really?  What's faster than Instantaneous again?  Because, yeah, Goku can move instantaneously.  So, yeah, your argument is invalid.  And I was making a hyperbollic statement, neither Superman nor Goku would actually kill each other, because neither is evil and both of them will not land a killing blow unless pushed to that end, neitehr Superman or Goku would ever do such a thing.  Additionally, the way Goku fights, is to match himself to his opponent, he'd hang out at SSJ1 until Superman tired himself, and yeah, not a stalemate, but Goku would let Superman think it was, because he's just a nice guy like that. However, if Goku were evil, he could just blink to a different galaxy, and simply vaporize the Milky Way galaxy.  Fight over.  Roll credits.

Kryptonite doesn't hurt Superman Prime either, so that arguement is pointless.

Exactly.  Killing for either of these individuals is simply not in their character, unless it comes to innocent lives.

"Instantaneous Movement", also translated as "Teleportation" is a technique for traveling long distances instantly."

"The Yardrats taught Instant Transmission to Goku during his time on their planet.  Instant Transmission allows Goku and anyone that is in physical contact with him to instantly travel great distances."

It's never shown as being instant though. Even in the games and comics, he still phases in and out of locations. And it still doesn't beat omnipresence.
