*Couldn't have.

Meh... the only thing i'm sure is wrong is when they said Superman was faster which is impossible since instant transmission is instant.

It's not really instant being his physical form still phases out and in to locations. If it were really instant he would simply be at one spot, then the other.

*Edit* Then the real problem would begin as he has to charge any ki blast that would be powerful enough to phase Superman.

Not a big fan of either, but Superman was always going to be OP because of how many different iterations/reimagining there are of him. Goku has been a little more defined having less people change him due to him being much newer/etc. The main problem is that a writer could add any power to Superman with any comic they write, he could be given complete invincibility, the fastest speed fathomable -giving him a much better advantage. Not that it really matters to me, but I tend to prefer the character with the coolest hair so out of the 2 of them I'd probably root for Goku XD

This. It was even covered in the death battle video. The Dragonball series follows an arc of Goku overcoming the odds through hard work. He is supposed to be a relatable character to people and inspire determination. Superman was never meant to be relatable. He was pretty much WWII propoganda used to bring across the idea that "God was on America's side".

IF they want to get anal about it Goku can get some rock kyptonite and kill superman easily ! So superman can be killed by anyone of just about any strength. Goku on the other had can always get stronger through training and has no rock allergies! On a side note I hate how these comic book writers keep pulling bullshit out there ass and giving new powers ,such as wolverine regenerating from just a finger left! You wrote the characters didnt make them powerful enough so you try to give them new powers decades later its really stupid. At least goku was made to basically be limitless from the start as long as he trained hard or recovered from serious wounds.

I'm pretty sure it's been mentioned, but I'm too tired to read the whole topic: if you left the original Superman against just about anyone in the world of fiction, he would kick their asses to Heck and back. Superman has been nerfed so many times since his Silver Age days that the version now is basically as strong as kid Goku would be compared to his SSJ God form.

Also, if you've never read any comics in your life and base your whole opinion on this idiotic discussion on what you know from films, than I chose the Dragon Ball MOVIE version of Goku going up against the All Star version of Superman.

You seem to not read well so let me write it again! :) Goku from original concept was meant to be limitless through training, unlike some of these comics which add powers later and invent new things because the old character isn't good enough! Superman hearing a watch from that far away in the comic is a new power pulled out of the writers ass as well as his flare in this video! Point being what's next 10 years from now there going to give him the power to talk to fish or to materialize matter with his mind or change his shape at will. So there you have it I'm now a comic book writer and superman can now destroy existence with his mind! At least goku was meant to be limitless through training or through healing from serious wounds.

Besides tlaking to fish, he can do all this when he goes Superman Prime.

There would be no death, Goku isn't evil, and Superman only kills when the situation is an innocent life, or the bad person. Goku doesn't behave like that. He'd simply stand there while Superman tried...anything, dodging every attack, until Superman actually landed any kind of hit. Then he'd play around at SSJ1, and continue dodging. The sun would burn out and die before Superman actually did any kind of damage to Goku, at which point Superman loses his powers because no sun.

Not surprising, but don't worry when goku transforms into super saiyan god super saiyan 3 then he will win.

I don't think SSJ3 would even be necessary, at SSJ1 he can already destroy a planet w/ a beam attack.  Superman's gotta exert quite a bit more effort to destroy a planet.

I just skipped to the end of the video and noticed that Goku wasn't really Goku in the video. I agree that Superman would win if they went all out, but that was definitely not how Goku's character is.

The Part I find funny, is that in the first one ssj4 goku would have won if he didn't knock super man into the sun, this time around without the sun he's stronger than goku with the power of a god without the sun? Yea sure, makes sense.

Just ignore it. Btw Spiderman ( one of my favorite heroes ) was able to beat Superboy, in the marvel vs dc saga. So i gues when Spidey can defeat Superboy, Superman would be killed easy by vegeta or goku

In that series Wolverine killed Lobo, so I'm not sure how seriously you want to take it.  Wacky things happen in crossovers.  Batman beat Hulk in one.
