The fight was fair because most of us know Superman is an almighty being. Actually, I'm not a comic fan, but from what I know is that Superman can't be beaten. However, I know these comics are so inconsistent because they keep adding stuff that makes no sense. One of the guys here gave an example about Wolverine, he said something like this "he needed days to recover from one serious wound in one comic, but then in another comic he can recover with one finger?" Guys like Lewis, who I believe he knows Superman would win,  at least are nice and sees that are inconsistencies. Well, at least some other guys  including dbz fans from the early posts said this and know that Superman would win.

Anyway, being OP is terrible IMO. Now, this may sound IGNorant from my part, but what kind of story can you make? Superman had to be nerfed at least in the movies from my knowledge in order to make it interesting. I enjoyed SmallVille 10 years ago because of that although he was just a young boy. In DBZ, all non-saiyan characters became useless by the Frieza Saga so no more interesting fights like in DB...

At least what I know from Superman, he would never kill someone nor destroy the planet to someone who said he wants a fair match...and Goku wouldn't kill either or have a fight against a stronger OP.

So yeah, even when we know Superman will always win, this battle and the way they changed their personalities was wrong/dumb in so many ways.

I said that there's an attempt at consistency. The video notes that Superman losses were before he gained all his powers. That said, Goku is written to be the underdog in virtually every major match and loses three.

Alot of people attempt to give the show crap for its lack of consistency considering that the power levels jump all over the place. I actually think they do a decent job of keeping things level considering the sheer amount of power that these people are attaining. With Superman, they're not even trying.

Well, since this doesn't come from the real creators, I don't take this video seriously.

Why? Has he ever sneezed a solar system into destruction? No? Superman has.

Oh come on, Kamehameha's power depends on the ki of its user, as does every energy beam and every physical attack in the show. Goku's ki energy is billions of times stronger when he's fighting against Cell than when he's fighting against Piccolo. Ki doesn't do everything, its used pretty judiciously by Toiyami. There are a few inconsistencies but they usually are used as fillers.

Its atleast way more consistant than Superman, on one hand you have Silver Age Superman, on the other, he's once defeated by Batman.

What did you expect? Superman can only be beaten with kryptonite, magic, or radiation. They already explained in their previous Death Battle in pure statistics how much stronger he is.
