After this is over, maybe they'll continue with videogames, which would be fun.

Imagine full blown Titanfall, Mass Effect, Witcher, The Order etc movies.

Mass effect movies would be amazing!!!!

Speak for yourself op. I grew up reading comics and dreamed of seeing these characters on the big screen one day, and now we're finally getting them. They're making me feel like a kid again geeking out over these heroes. I do kind of agree that they're scraping down the barrel with Ant-Man and possibly an Aquaman film, but if they end up being good then what's the problem?

Btw, the Daredevil tv show is awesome.

@Bold Can't wait for the second season.

@OP I don't think so. Just go watch what you think might be good and avoid what you think will be bad.

Pretty damn cheezy if you ask me. I enjoyed the first few X-men, first Spiderman, and first Ironman. The rest is just too damn cheezy to me.  I tried to watch the 2nd Captian America and I had to turn it off about 20-30 mins into the movie.

As long as they all keep the quality of the MCU I won't get tired of them. I mean honestly Ant-Man was great. Also Superhero movies are a genre. How many comedy movies are coming out the next few years? I don't get this thing where people have to say an entire genre will crash or they're tired of that genre.

I am Iron Man

The problem with these movies for me is that they are not true to the comics.

If Marvel would make an Age Of Apocalypse movie based exactly as the comics, OMG, imagine the excitement and fan fare that would generate if its done right.

But instead we get a watered down kid friendly latex wearing version of our favorite comics.

Marvel needs to do a Spiderman / Carnage movie and give it the Batman Dark Knight treatment.

Make it dark, make the story stand out, create a cast of memorable characters, cash important villains.

Comic book movies are getting so cliche these days. Batman is my favorite comic book character of all time, but how many versions of batman do we need. You could also say the same thing for spiderman. There remaking the fantastic four. I mean serioulsy, that movie looks just as bad as the previous two. You also have antman, the avenger movies, the dead pool movie is getting some hype, then you also have the batman vs superman hype. I've never seen a comic book based T.V. show, but those shows are also getting played out. You have arrow, gotham, the flash show, the dare devil one,I've seen that superman girl is suppose to come out at some point,I'm sure there's more T.V. shows, but I'm more of a movie person. I mean enough already!!!!!!! What's next Aqua man!!!!!! Handi-cap man!!!! The incredible little person man!!!!! obesity man!!!! Come on,enough already!!!

set to cameo in Batman V Superman then will have a bigger role in  2017's Justice League film and will spin off into his own film the following year all while looking like this.

I think your problem is mostly with DC and their inability to have faith in their other characters.

Hollywood is completely out of ideas. Let them have comic movies, it's all they have left.

People always say this but don't know the truth. There are a lot of creative ideas in Hollywood but the creators themselves can't get the money to start it. And of course many people want to star in franchises that are popular or movies that look like Oscar competetion. Yes Hollywood do these reboots and such but there are really directors that want to do more and have more.

I see nothing wrong with it. Some are them are pretty good.

I don't think they are yet. I thought DoFP, Cap 2, and Guardians were the finest superhero movies yet. I enjoyed Age of Ultron as well. Next year, we have BMvSM which is drawing material from one of my favorite comics, and they are finally getting to see Apocalypse on the big screen. Also, a new Marvel franchise. Keep the ball rolling.

Edit: And Suicide Squad!
