If you use your PSN account for other Playstation devices, it may be a bit of a pain in the ass, but you can dig through your download list on the PS Store to redownload any previously purchased content. You can also back up games and saves to your PC via the official Content Manager Assistant (CMA) if your download speeds aren't all that great and backing up and restoring is faster than redownloading.

You can re download the game for free this applies to DLC as well. The downside is your save game gets deleted too unless you back it up.

You can redownload it, but I THINK the save file will be deleted when you delete the game, having PS Plus can save you in this cases as you can upload your save files to the cloud.

I recommend you crossing FFX/2 off that list.

I decided to go expensive and go for the 64 gb memory card, just because I would hate for it to be filled up and me have to rebuy a memory card. I also bought persona 4 golden along with it for now. I plan on buying more, but just that at the moment, because it's already been a pretty expensive purchase for me. But thanks everyone!
