Back in the 70's or 80's there was no slavery but you could easily still tell that a White Heterosexual Christian Male was the ideal since any other " group" of people from Homosexuals to Muslims had less rights than that White Heterosexual Christian Male.

I also think you're only talking about the White part.  White Females were not slaves but they still definitely had less rights than their male peers up until most of the 20th century. Homosexuals were not slaves but they were still oppressed up until the being of the 21st century where in most western they weren't allowed to Mary their lover.

Anyways still not hating on White people ( Mainly since it would be stupid because I fit into these four categories and I definitely don't want less rights for myself ) but I do think that at the end of the day what comes around goes around.

First of all, you are implying that all members of any of those groups are complicit in slavery and other forms of oppression, and then implying that all of these groups should more or less be punished for their ancestors transgressions. I can't stand behind that "guilty by association" mentality. An individual should only be held accountable for their own actions.

Arghh...so many times in the last 6 months I've come to a thread, written a bunch of crap, decided to not join an argument of idiocy and just closed the page. My post count is in the tank because of it. I refuse to let my posts go to waste. This will have to do instead. Grr...mmmphph....kerpow!!

Honestly it's still the ideal compared to the alternatives and that's not changing any time soon. Sure, there's plenty of media and various celeberties that would have you believe otherwise but what political party owns most of the media in the states?
