Yes, they said it's 50% new content and since it's not possible to directly port Tearaway because how different the controls were, they remade the game for PS4. It'll be a different experience but i guess things like the ending would still be the same.

All that paper snow would look amazing in 3D.

Does this require the camera or can i play it without?

Edit: watched the video, you don't need it. Loved it on vita, will be getting this.

You can play without it. However if you do have the camera there will be some additional stuff (Your face will be the sun).

Edit: In case you don´t have a camera you can upload a photo of yourself via a website
