It not just the fact its selling more, its that it has a higher attach ratio. Batman carries more weight in the US than the rest of the world.

It probably will. Especially with Halo 5 to dilute the XB1 audience.

Not yet. They have mentioned a major update is on the way next week. Plus the Batgirl DLC is not coming to PC unless fix is through which mean console owners are at an advantage while PC loyalists got screwed by Rockunsteady.

 In the US, I'd be surprised, but both Ghost and Advanced Warfare sold better on PS4. Honestly, though, with Sony's new marketing deal for CoD, I feel like it should sell better even in the US.

 Well, there is Plants vs Zombies. I can't help but feel that releases on XBone several months prior, with a huge makreting campaign and then just kindof silently dropping on PS4, it would innevetably sell better on Xbone lol
