I've been using ebay.com instead of the UK site recently because it's MUCH cheaper to import something than buy it from this country.
It's getting a little out of hand though evidently.

no, what i said is that if you have debt in dollars and the value of the dollar is sinking, then theoretically, your debt gets smaller. However, if you earn dollars to pay back a debt in dollars, it doesnt do shit for you. If you were earning money in a currency with a rising value compared to the dollar, like, for example the Euro, then you would have a positive effect on you debt.

... I love people's limited understanding of the American political system. I also love how they attempt to comment on it without understanding crap about it. Monetary policy is handled by the fed and fiscal policy is handled by, for the most part, Congress. The president isn't anywhere near as responsible for this as people are making him out to be.

I read in a Dutch newspaper the Euro market (15 of the European EU countries, total EU has BTW 27 member countries, and Europe as a whole includes 48 countries just as many countries as the US has states), is now bigger than the US economy.
