It's not that unlikely
Germany PS4+XB1 = 25k
UK PS4+XB1= 25k

It's just the X1 taking a bigger slice in the UK
But yes the overall number is still probably too high

Holy shit, PS4+XBO in Germany are the same than UK!? EVEN WORSE!!!!!!

Seriusly, XBO+PS4 are at 3.7 million sold in UK by half of June, in Germany XBO+PS4 are barely above 2 million in April.

Uk is a much bigger market, there is no way for PS4+XBO sell the same in Germany... and the funny fact, is that according to VGChartz, the week ending 20 June 2015, PS4 is bigger even in France...

At last all SW numbers are out too.
PS4 and PSV largest percent weekly HW boosts.
PS4, XBOne and PSV largest percent weekly SW boosts.
Both HW and SW PS4 weekly numbers insanely higher than any other.
Batman best seller of the last months on console, but not as good as The Witcher on PC, and that's even before bugs made it plummet and devs and publisher suspend its PC version sales until it become at least decent.

With Apple set to announce AppleTv support for an app store - will VGChartz begin tracking AppleTV as an 8th generation system?

It seems to me that once they add gaming, which they will in droves, they have no problems attracting 3rd party developers, then the system fits exactly in the same slot as a Wii U, xBox One, or PS4, as a gaming/video streaming "set top" box for your tv.

I know they are only announcing in September, and not doing us the favor of hyping it as a game machine, but once they surpass Wii U in sales unit volume, it'll be hard not to include them.
