I personally would rather have a very low cost device. But that's simply because if I ever get a nintendo system (very low chance but still a chance) it would never be more than a secondary machine.

I'd have to say no. Its Nintendo, all their games end up looking beautiful on their own hardware.
I can see the NX being more like Fire/Playstation TV but more powerful. It will be able to play all past and present games through the eShop.

Not one bit. I have a PC for good graphics. My PS4, supposedly some awesome graphics powerhouse, can't keep up. I play consoles for exclusives, not graphics.
I wouldn't be angry, but disappointed because I expect better from Nintendo and know they are capable of better.
Not angry, just disappointed.
Bet with Adamblaziken:
I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
Microsoft & Sony spent about 7-8 years on their first HD consoles before making a big upgrade. Nintendo is just getting use to HD development and they are supposed to have a huge increase in power already while having a strong software output? I don't think that's very realistic at all.
When the herd loses its way, the shepard must kill the bull that leads them astray.
I dont care as long as nintendo doesnt put a gimmick into the thing driving up the price
I don't really care abouts its being super powerful, but it has to be able to play third party games. If it will attract the, its a whole different deal.

Well anything can play third party games. The Wii U can play third party games. This is operating under the assumption that it's a hardware that's only a minor bump from the Wii U (as the Wii was from the GameCube) but has the added functionailty of real portable play.

This made me laugh so hard. It was hilarious!
OT I won't be disappointed. The problem with Wii U is the lack of games, not the power of the hardware. I actually have no problems with the hardware. If they jump to x86 and keep the power in the realm of Wii U I won't be angry. If the system gets all the games from handheld and console teams, then I will have all the games I want.
