I think the sales are good on their own. Maybe a little under expectations with the info we had before release, but definitely not bad.

Man, if PS4 can get that sort of boost just from an extra 500GB and a fully matt finish imagine what it can do with some popular game releases and/or price cut?

That's not likely to happen. At least, not yet.

I expect more than 20k in two weeks when Batman and some other stuff got released. But next week, 3DS will continue having some presence. Youkai and Gyakuten Saiban are big releases.
