Forza has never been a console seller, last time I checked the last time MS released Forza (don't remember the name) the game was on both X1 and X360 yet it couldn't outsell Driveclub and we all know what happened to driveclub right? (remember this was last time I checked) So Forza selling millions of units is not a fair statement.

Tomb Raider I think won't do good simply because it's on the wrong console I believe, Tomb Raider has always been a Playstation game since the first one, so it beong exclusive to Xbox wi be a problem. It's like idk Kingdom Hearts 3 going to Xbox. Haha....oh wait.

And you can't really think the Gears of wars remasters will sell alot. Halo MCC didn't sell as well as an average Halo game (last time I checked) so expecting more or the same from a quite arguably less popular series is well...you get the point.

Second, Sony doesn't really need to care for Gamescon or about what MS does, because with the marketing deals and bundles of Assassin's Creed, Call Of Duty and Star Wars alone will just destroy whatever MS has for Xbox this holiday.

Also It's really annoying how People think that just because Sony doesn't have many Triple A games comimg means that they have no games coming, They Got Persona 5 and No Man's Sky which are arguably better than what MS is bringing to the table. Plus you got Terraway and Until dawn AND Uncharted remaster and 4 so whatever.

Also the thing about MS is that they do this formula of " release the blockbusters in the holiday, and release some good games for the rest of the year" meanwhile Sony released the likes of Bloodborne and The Order during March and February and releasing games like Godzilla and One Piece in the summer. Just one of the various reasons why Sony is ahead.

Also The Rachet and Clank Redux will destroy everything MS will Offer this year besides Halo. Just my opinion tho.

Wow.. So much wrong here..  

First off.. Forza 5 on X1 has outsold Driveclub..  and again.. did so with only being available on 10+ million users, instead of 20+ million..  So not sure why you got this wrong..   A year later.. and with bundles again.. expect to see Forza do over 2 million..  (as last did just under it).. 

Halo 5 only selling 1 million? Halo:MCC has sold over 2 million and its a remaster..   Many have been waiting to buy a X1 for Halo 5..  expect to see at least 4-6 million..

Halo:MCC has outsold both Bloodborne and Order 1886..   again.. with just a 10+ million base instead of 20+ million.. 

Gears of War is a Xbox brand..  it will also sell 1+ million ..  which is still just as good at Order 1886 or Bloodborne did.. 

Rise of the Tomb Raider..       Tomb Raider (2013) didn't sell huge on X1 or PS4. Mostly because it was already on PS3 and X360.  BUT On PS3 .. it didnt even sell that much more then on X360..  Just about 500k difference..    So..  Not out of the question that Rise can also push 2 million+ on X1.. Which agin.. Would be more then Order:1886 or Bloodborne..   

Again..  I already said that Sony will still outsell Microsoft worldwide..  no doubt..  But Microsoft will again have a strong North American showing, but not enough to make up the 700k+ it is behing already.. 

Lastly.. Ratchet hit its height in 2007..  and hasn't sold much since..  with 80+ million consoles sold by early 2010's its never sold over 1.5 million..    Don't see it doing much better then that with 20+ million consoles..  

PS4 has a great early 2016 line-up.. and I am hugely exicited for Morpheus.  I own both a PS4 and X1..   and very happy with both..  and exitied for both..   Yes Microsoft focuses on Holiday season.. and that is what we were talking about..   so brining up the other 10 months of the year wasn't really relevant to the dicussion.  Sony isn't ahead because of when X1 has game releases.. Sony is ahead because they built a cheaper and more powerful console out of the gate..  and have ALWAYS had a better global following..   If X1 would have started at $349 when it released they might have had a better showing in North America thus not being as behind as much globally..   But that is the past.     As my signature says..   the PS4 is going to outsell the X1 by 30-40 million this generation..  I am not delusional about that...

Oh and Sony has Uncharted, Persona 5, Dragon Quest, and Tales of Zestria this Holiday. 

What are you talking about.. Sorry.. I have bought Order:1886, Bloodborne, and Batman on my PS4 .. So I play games all year long..  But this conversation was about holiday 2015..  so talking about the rest of the year really isn't relevant and just deflects.   also.. Persona 5? Persona has never been a big seller.. and still wont be..  Dragon Quest Hereos. & Tales..  just no..  Japanese focused games will not sell huge with many of the new PS4 owners..  very niche.  Uncharted Collection will do very well this holiday.. (Which I said it was coming out)..      But again. The dicussion was about 2015 AAA Holiday games.. which Sony has about none..  Their early 2016 is jam packed and will still..    And Sony will stil beat Microsoft globally this holiday..  X1 will just likely do better for North America again..  but still not over come being 700k+ behind here..

What does the sales of a game have to do with the quality of the game? Please explain to me your thinking. Persona 5 not selling 10 million is going to make it a bad game? Same with Dragon Quest Heroes and Tales? Lol. You're very funny.

Umm no we aren't, we're talking about games, not sales. Also are you being serious? You literally just dismissed Persona 5, DQH, and Tales of Zestria because they won't sell millions. Just because a game doesn't sell well doesn't mean it isn't AAA.

These threads always have uninformed opinions. Sony will be fine this holiday. A $299 PS4 will make sure of that. And stop saying "PS4 has no games" this fall. There's a ton in october. All exclusive.

And the reason there's no GC conference is because it was too close to E3. You just had an amazing E3 conference, why would you have another one right away? The second reason, the real reason, is because of the price drop. Use your heads people not fanboy goggles.

Don't put your hopes up for the Paris show. Sony even admitted their 2015 is "sparse" meaning when the big blockbusters are "sparse". Other than that they've got more than Microsoft.

If the discussion is about big selling titles, then Call of Duty, Assassin's Creed and Battlefront marketing and bundles exclusivities for Sony could be more important than Tomb Raider and Forza for MS. So Sony has quality (Persona 5, Dragon Quest, Uncharted Collection...), and big selling titles (CoD, Battlefront, AC...). I'm not worried for them.
