Awesome! Apparently Ratchet and Clank has finished development aswell but its not coming til 2016.

As a tacticle launch I think sony will just push this to October time. No Mans Sky Novemer/December

BTW why is Sony going to the Paris game thing and not to gamescon when Gamescon is much bigger than the Paris thinguy ? Only answer I can find to that is Quantic Dreams have a game to anounce and lobbied for Sony to go to Paris for the anouncement lol.

It's an exploration game so they may want to let the game speak for itself but they have revealed some things and it's been at two press conferences.

"For those who are new to the game, Rime is set in a unique ancient world of mystery, intrigue and adventure. Set on a beautiful island, a boy wakes on the shore to find he’s lost, with the only the island and the animals to accompany him.

You guide the boy through the island helping him unlock the puzzles, in the trailer you can see that there are puzzles all around and finding them is just a matter of perspective,"

This is the official statement (via GameSpot)

“We're delighted to announce that we will be hosting an international media briefing at Paris Games Week on 27th October,” Sony said.

“With the changes this year of E3 taking place a week later and Gamescom taking place earlier, we feel that both PlayStation and the wider industry would benefit from a major news milestone later in the year, during the most important period for gaming."

 

Gamescom began in 2009 and Sony has held a major press conference at the event every year since. This is the first time the company has had such a major presence at Paris Games Week.

Microsoft and Nintendo are also expected to be exhibiting at Paris Games Week.

“We are excited about our plans and look forward to sharing some exciting announcements,” the statement continued. “We will share more information closer to the time.”

I don't know if they are bringing their demos to gamescom or not. It would be stupid to completely abandon an expo with 340k visitors.
