This is not a skin for a Superman game. It's obvious that Superman is the skin or playable character in some other game. I cannot see how anyone would come to the conclusion that this would be a standalone Superman game from this screenshot alone.

Also it's either fake as hell or cheap as hell.

I'm personally leaning towards it being fake. If it's real however, I think it would be for an Injustice related title as supposed to a Superman standalone title.
