I accept I've got it wrong. Had I thought it through more before I posted I probably could have worked it out for myself.
Moving on from my previous comment, I would say licensed games (with notable exceptions) have a tendency to be pretty bad. Examples I can think of include The Simmpsons game, Family Guy and the latter half of the Harry Potter series.
Notable exceptions being South Park, Barman Arkham and those by Telltale Games.
