Forums - Sony Discussion - I won't buy Driveclub, but not for the Reason you Probably Think

I lack the peripheral equipment for it, and I am not skilled enough. So I wouldn't get my money's worth out of buying the game outright.  But I am getting several fun hours out of the "free" PSN+ edition so I am very appreciative of it being made available this way.

I will probably try out all the tour events at least to the point of getting one star per race / event, but after that I will probably delete the game to free up the HDD space.

It's a fun game and it looks great. For what we experience of the game right now I think Evolution can be proud of what they made, it's just a huge pity they got off to a terrible start.

What peripheral equipment? It works great with a controller. Unless you mean a projector. The bigger the screen, the easier it is to drive :)

It's a great game for improving your skills with the instant restarts and fast loads. Racing against the AI is a bit of a vertical learning curve though I admit. Fun when you have the skill, bunch of assholes while you're trying to get the hang of it :/

I mean steering wheel. DS4 controls are as good as any sim/arcade racer I've played, but it is still limiting
