Uncharted has almost no franchise fatigue and is still pretty frash and many un-explored possibilities

15million is not by itself but with Bundling and Discounting

PS4 in no way have short age,it will easily last till 2019-2020

I would say 7 million is the safest bet, but If Sony seriously pushes the marketing for, 10 million is definitely not out of the question. 12 million might be pushing it.

Well franchise fatigue is every where, not just on video games , so it's a fact by nature and work on every product, especially games with  the same character when the prequel had just been release on 2011. Just look how Metal Gear Solid perform on sales and not just Metal Gear Solid but a lot of example maybe you can check God of War which started on PS2 era and continued on PS3 era and ended on God of War Ascencion, PS fans is not like Nintendo fans, They always hunger for newer franchise, and it's better be that way, but except for remake (reviving old franchise). If Unchareted release on 2 years or three years from now  then maybe they will gain hype again.

franchise fatigue in Gaming is far less than Films as gameplay,graphics and other features can easily be added and improved to make a Game fresh.

Uncharted 3 releasing in 2011 and Uncharted 4 release in 2016 doesn't show franchise fatigue atall,its actually a pretty damn BIG gap between releases especially in video games.

Metal Gear Solid has perfomed perfectly and amazinly for every one of its games as they are are Ground-breaking whenever a new one releases with STORY,GRAPHICS,GAMEPLAY,,etc

Also Don't compare Metal Gear with Uncharted as its a Niche game and also Metal Gear story is about SNAKE and the story cannot be expanded with out him

but in Uncharted's case,the game can be expanded BIG time with OPEN WORLD,DIFFERENT TREASURE HUNTS,GAMEPLAY,STORY and much more ACTION.

God of War again is a medium-sized game franchise and only limited things can be done with its story so not comparable to Uncharted and still has peformed well with its sales for every game.

Not just PS fans but also its franchises aren't like Nintendo fans & franchises but still SONY has kept their franchises in Perfect condition without milking them and they can easily have many more sequels and fans want it too

A fiver year gap is pretty damn big even in Films,so Uncharted 4 is in perfect release date and big hype around it and will surely outperform Uncharted 3 so release it after another 2-3years doesn't make nay sense

20million cud be possible if SONY bundles Uncharted with every PS4 for 1 year but they don't really need to do that as the game will sell well on its own

12+ million imo. It will be heavily bundled for the lifetime of the PS4 (just like TLoUR).
