I don't understand how ps4 has been mostly smashing the XBO, especially lately, yet XBO just moved up on the yearly chart and ps4 down. And no other ps4 sku's are in the top 100.

Why the massive jump on Farcry 4?

#3 and #5 in the hourly charts. Interetsing that the PS4 version is at #3 at $19.99 and Xbox One is #5 at $29.99.
