Most of this is indie, niche and Japanese games. They arent the reasons PS4 is doing so well. Even games PS4 shares with X1 move more hardware.

The 360 BC is going to be more notable than most of those PS4 exclusives and console exclusives.

BC is gonna be more notable when the list of compatible games grows substantially. That's not going to occur without third parties approval, and at this point, we can't tell. I'd advise x1 fans to wait for that to happen before flaunting BC in each discussion.

Oh yeah, sure. Because people buying a new gen console do it to play the last gen games at a lower frame rate and when (if) they will be ever  available. But true, since there won't be much else to play on the XB1 the b/c may help a bit. lol

Just thought I'd pop back to see if I was right ... Well there it is.

Use your head, I'm not saying a significant number of people are buying a X1 to play 360 games. Nor are people buying a PS4 for most games on that list.

There is plenty to play on X1. Many of the same notable games on PS4 are also on X1. The same games Sony is paying to advertise. lol

Don't bother going past here. I've always said the advantages of B/C, but no PS now is "better". And that next gen consoles shouldn't play last gen games. Everyone bitched about this 2 years ago, but now suddenly it "doesn't matter", even if I never played most 360 games, and that they can still be new to me.

You need to go to better parties...

I think it'll definitely get bigger, but I don't think it's the case that it'll be (very) notable.

I see lots of people it as not a big deal and lots of people claiming it's a huge thing (and then both groups claiming the other group is made up of biased people)...

Really though, I think the reality is somewhere in between.  It's a great feature, but it's not a game changer.

I really doubt it. It's the age of remasters, HD collections and charging gamers whenever possible. But let's wait and see.

On another note, I have to laugh at the new category that was just made to dimiss one of the strongest PS4 advatages ; "Japanese games".  I guess Indie and niche aren't enough descriptive terms to downplay the PS4 library anymore

Must have been a real good party if this is what you decided to do.

Seriously though, why is there lists like this every week with the same sarcastic PS4 has no games remarks? Seems like this has been going on since last year.

MS claims they will have 100+ games 360 BC titles this year, so clearly 3rd parties are already agreeing to allow their content on the service. That certainly can't be all MS games. Why wouldn't 3rd parties jump on an opportunity to keep selling 360 games? Not all of them will be remastered.

Bascially, I'm saying the 360 BC will get more attention than most of the junk that appears on the PS Store. This thread is boasting quanity, but its niche stuff that's often ignored.
