FF adventure first, then onto Zelda ALTTP, Secret of Mana, Evermore, Illusions of Time, Soleil, Pokemon Red, Harvest moon 2 , Azure Dreams, FFVII

You ever played it 2-3 player with the multitap? Amazing multiplayer exp.... except at points where you need to lvl up your magic skills a bit, then it can be tea break time for your two team mates.... so cool too, just press start on the other controllers to drop the characters back to AI control and hop out.

It was probably Super Mario RPG... : )

Pokemon Gold/Silver/Crystal. I had played the earlier pokemon games for a few hours on other people's Gameboys, but it wasn't until Gold/Silver/Crystal that I actually got to play a game from start to finish. I think Golden Sun was the first non-Pokemon RPG I played

Alternate Reality for the Atari XL/XE computer line, as well as Exodus: Ultima III and Dragon Warrior on NES.

Dragon Quest on NES. (Well, at the time it was called Dragon Warrior.)
