I doubt it. Even though Nintendo has always tried to make Zelda as intuitive as possible, I think that the type of game it is appeals to a somewhat limited audience compared to something like Call of Duty or Grand Theft Auto. I think a lot of the gamers who play those games wouldn't have the patience for something like Zelda. Also, how often do you see games on the market like Zelda? They don't appear that often and I think it's because it's seen as a risk. Those games aren't exactly cheap to make and are not going to get 10 million in sales and beyond.
Zelda is in a unique situation. It's an adventure/action game that does have a limited audience but still have more mainstream appeal than even more niche games like Shenmue.
