So what do I get if I have the physical CE, can I still upgrade for 20 dorraz

If you get the physical CE for $80, you don't have to spend $20 more. You get all the digital goodies that are included in the $20 upgrade plus some extra stuff that only comes with the physical collector's edition like a steelbook case and a physical replica of a strange coin I think.

The physical legendary edition and collector's edition are actually pretty good for newcomers. They're very good deals. It's just that the people who've been playing this game that are being shafted big time here.

Also, it's interesting to see how much they value the previous DLC.

So apparently some shaders (useless), dancing emotes (useless) and one exotic weapon for each of the three classes, value wise, is worth as much as each of their previous expansions LOL.

yup 20 dollars for the chance to change your characters colour, the ability to dance and a gun

i was like this close to getting the all in one digital pack... then when i realised that they are pricing it 20 dollars higher than the physical version because of that crap they lost me again

Where are you seeing this gun?

They're giving away exotic class items, which are basically the Warlock's armband, Hunter's cloak and Titan's mark that give a slight XP boost. These things are pretty much for show as well and give very marginal boosts. Plus I'm sure you can probably earn similar items in game as well with the same XP boosts.

oops my mistake but you get the idea

its very little content for $20

Wow. So I have to buy a $60 expansion and a can of Redbull to get everything. Better start saving...

That was my point as well. A gun would at least be something (still not anything), but class items are nearly useless.

I can safely say I am finished with Destiny when this expansion hits.It is a fucking ripoff, plain and simple.

$60 for a game that's a year old? Why would someone want that...

$60 for a year old game (Destiny) + DLC1 + DLC2 + The first big expansion.

The expansion is $40... so you are paying $20 for the year old game + DLCs.

Bungie have just been a joke since the launch of destiny. Greedy bastards nothing else to say

This is just about the last thing I'll say about this but:

The Dark Below = $20
New weapons, armor, and gear
2 more light levels
3 new story missions
1 new strike
1 new raid
3 new crucible maps
1 relic weapon

House of Wolves = $20
New weapons, armor, and gear
2 more light levels
1 new hub
5 new story missions
1 new strike
3 new crucible maps
1 new relic weapon
Prison of Elders: Arena co-op with normal and hard mode
Trials of Osiris crucible mode

The Taken King = $40 (some of below is a guess)
More character levels, the speculation is that the base level will now be 30
New weapons, armor, and gear
Unknown max light level, right now we can get 14 light levels which gets us to 34, will that remain so we reach 44 or will we get even more, some are guessing we will get 20 so we can reach 50
1 or more story missions
1 or more new strikes
1 new raid
1 or more new crucible maps
1 new relic weapon

Seems to me that $40 is almost the correct price for what we are getting compared to what we have gotten in the past, though I would have preferred TTK be $30. Which to me would make releasing a Veteran Collectors Edition with all those physical goodies for $50 palatable. But right now if I'm a vet player I would have to spend $80. That just does not make sense to me to spend that much.

Go home Bungie. You're drunk.

I may pick this up when it's on the cheap... Haven't played any house of wolves yet, which I already paid for.. Just better games to play, ATM.
