Tsarnaev, 21, standing at the defense table and speaking in a low voice, said he was sorry without ever turning to face his victims.

"I would like to now apologize to the victims and the survivors," he said. "I am sorry for the lives that I have taken."

Judge George O'Toole formally sentenced Tsarnaev to death, a decision already made by a federal jury.

"Whenever your name is mentioned, what will be remembered is the evil you did," the judge told him. "What will be remembered is you murdered and maimed innocent people."

I dont believe in death sentenses.

I think its too easy a way out, he should have a tiny dark cell, that will be messerable to stay in, and he should have a loooooooong life to enjoy that small cell in.

Put him to death; he took more than one life, so it's more than fair to have his taken.

bet: lost

Sounds like he's trying to avoid the death sentence by using a cliche. But anyway, I don't agree with death sentences... someone kills people, which is completely absurd, and then you combat it by killing the killer? Doesn't sounds right. Just leave him in a bad jail for the rest of his life... I'm sure it'll be more than enough.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Personally, I support the death sentence, and in this guy's case, he deserves it.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

what he did was horrible.   it is also a horrible excuse to justify taking the same horrible actions.

The death penalty has no place in modern civilization. At its best, it amounts to hypocrisy. Even if he showed no remorse, I'd be against this sentence.

Why should the american tax payer pay to keep his sorry ass alive when that money could be used to save many lives or improve others. He isn't safe to release, he has taken many lives as long as we are certain of his guilt he deserves to die. I can understand a waiting period to make sure the evidence is thoroughly checked but then he should be humanely and privately killed and his ashes should be scattered and not given back to the relatives.

He may have genuine regrets for what he has done or he may just be pretending but whatever he has taken away the lives of others and those people are gone completely from existence and so should he.

We allow good people to starve to death in poor countries so we can certainly let evil scum be put to death who had huge advantages in life but still took innocent lives.

I would fully believe in the death sentence if we could be 100% percent certain that the accused is guilty of taking an innocent life/lives.

The religious people who bring their religious propaganda trying to vanish the death penalty just because their book says so sometimes make me feel like supporting it, though.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

He went to the grocery store and bought milk right after he killed all those people. I have a hard time believing his remorse is genuine. The Christian in me wants to let him live, the human side of me says destroy him so he's not a burden on taxpayers.
