Awesome! Nice to see you`re working on a game. You`re doing something I think many of us would like to do some day too... If you don`t mind me saying, the sprites look a bit lacking. Perhaps you can do some more tweaking with them?

Yeah, the game has a very simplistic style at the moment, so i'll certainly be adding a little more detail further in development! Thanks for the great comment!

Keep up the good work : )

Try to add something new. Like a level in the dark where you have to use a flashlight to see where you can go / jump. But you can't jump and use the light at the same time, so you have to check first and jump straight in the dark afterwards. That might be challenging and fun... And frustrating in a motivational way.

Maybe some minor stealth elements as well. So far it looks nice, but not remarkable.
A decent story always helps.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

Game is kind of missing some stuff. I think it needs a little more "flavor". Maybe you can add some curse words?

Instead of the elder brother waking up to "another day, another adventure" you could change it to "Another day, another... wait a second, where's my little brother?! That little shit went missing again!? I am going to find him and then I'm gonna castrate him twice!" or something.

When the elder brother meets that other guy in the vacant room that says something like: "Huh. You are looking for your brother I see." Maybe instead he could say something like: "I saw that little dildo walking around. He came here and stole all my furniture, the little prick. When you find him let me know so that I can come over and kick his balls until he passes out."

I saw some platforming there that wasn't very meaningful. Maybe you should add stuff to collect. I am thinking maybe you could pick up items that make reference to your ultimate goal of finding and castrating your little brother, fitting items like scissors, knives, machetes, etc. just for scoring points and having fun and exploration's sake. These items could be well hidden and add to the challenge and stuff.

I think the guy you play seriously needs a mustache and a Mohawk.

The snowman was way too scary, maybe you can change his eyes to blue instead of red. I almost closed the browser when the snowman came to life.

I liked the main theme song though.

There you go.

I don't think the cussing is right for the setting of the game. Although that's up to Ultravolt.

Haha, I can't imagine any character in my game cussing. The game's too cheery!

Hmm, I'm no game developer, but some things I like to point out.

Sort of a nitpick, but the tall ledge is greyed out to show depth, but when I first saw it, I didn't think you could be able to jump on it.. It made me think of something like Mutant Mudds with a front and back, tricking me into thinking that they are not on the same plane.. it's more evident at around 0:33 (when paused)

Didn't really realize those jags were spike hazards.. could you possibly make it more obvious?

Those are my nitpicks, but it looks pretty nice! Keep it up!

Thanks for pointing these things out! I'll look into these, and make sure they're much clearer and obvious! Thanks!

Oh well then, you're welcome... you little brother.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

Hey man, how's it going? I was just curious what software you used to make this game?

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

Looks fine. I really loved the music and the general atmosphere... looked nostalgic (I don't know it that was on purpose xD).

Aside from what some people said, I'd like to give a small tip: When the main character moves, his arms move way too much, almost as much as his legs; this doesn't looks right imo. If you could make his arms move a bit slowly, it would make things more natural.

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

Cool! Was it free and what did you use for creating the tiling/characters?

I payed $30 for this software a few years ago. Though, since then, the version I have has been replaced by a version called GM Studio, which the standard version is free, but lacks certain features.
