Logically a game isnt dead until its a struggle to find games online. With thousands of people playing, its never hard to find a game in Titanfall. Saying its community isnt active is just hyperbole/nonsense from someone who probably doesnt even own the game. If you do, etho, post your GT. Id love to compare Titanfall stats.

I have over 500 hours in Titanfall on Xbox One, how about you? It doesn't take 2-4 minutes to get into a match outside of Attrition. I would know this, because I pretty much only play Last Titan Standing. Which is the 3rd or 4th most popular play list, at best. And yet I still get right into games. Really, give up the Titanfall FUD lol.

I see you conveniently ignored the part where I logged on at 9am and found over 5,500 people playing, too. As opposed to the sub 2k you said I should have found.

That is why Titanfall is dead... you need to wait up to 2-4 minutes to get in a match outside Attiction on Xbone... PC is even worst because after 10 minutes you receive a message with 0 matches found.

If you would have asked me a year ago, I would have said get a Ps4. But with Gears of war 4, Halo 5, Tombraider, and two great looking exclusives coming next year, I say go for it. Backwards compatibality and rare-replay are coming soon so no matter what you'll have something to play. At worst, if you h ate it all you have to do is trade it back in to where ever you bought it! Go for it!

It's perfectly understandable to be circumspect about buying a system, there's so many factors at play. Getting advice from the community is a good way to go about making a decision. So i have no issues with the premise of the thread.

However you seem like someone who is clued up about the industry, its also clear given your posts in this thread that you are somewhat aware of the future plans MS have for Xbox One, since you've mentioned new IP's MS have revealed at E3.

So asking the question "Does decent amount of life left in it, like 2 years at least?" as if clueless about the plans for the system and its viability over the next couple years is misleading in my opinion and baiting MS/Xbox fans.
