I was flirting with the idea of getting a XB One to play Fable Legends and Titanfall but what is a realstic outlook for the future.  Does decent amount of life left in it, like 2 years atleast?

XB1 is far from doomed.

It is doomed, most of the exclusives are coming to the PC. Sony is not slowing down this gen.

This has to be a troll thread but anyways....Nop Xbone is not doomed to be abandoned in the near future. Actually it will probably receive about the same 3rd party support as Ps4 for the same amount of time as PS4( So 2019/2020 will be the beginning of less support). As for MS first party: depending on how well it continues to sell MS might pull the next gen trigger a year sooner than Sony.

Not doomed but their are better options out there for you, also x1 price will drop hard and fast. Might as well till its half of what it is now.

The X1 will be on market atleast 4 years more so you can safely invest in it.

Imo = fable looks horrible... not worth buying a console for atleast.

If you have a pc, get the pc version isntead... see if you like it... if you end up hateing it... ontop off haveing spent 350$ for a console...
