To be fair, nothing is known about each others budgets, although it does feel like Scalebound has been in Development longer, but both have only shown a CGI reveal trailer.

Curious as to what others think?

Where's the option of both? I'll be picking both up. I would like to see some game play from both as well. We may see something at Gamesconn for Scalebound though. I'm not sure about Recore. I'm certainly excited for it.

By bigger do you mean the size of the game, or the reception (sales/reviews)?

Size of the game, with ReCore just going into full production now and being set to release in at max a year there just seems to be no way that this is a big game.

Scalebound gameplay is confirmed for Gamescom. ReCore gameplay isn't confirmed for Gamescom yet, but Keiji Inafune said in one his E3 interviews that they'd show gameplay in the next couple of months, and Gamescom is the only tradeshow where MS plans to have a significant presence in the next few months, so ReCore gameplay is likely for Gamescom as well.
