Nobody can top Tobey as Peter Parker, so I already doubt that I'll like the movie.

Same here. They seem to be going with snarky cooly kid again. If thats the case they might've just stayed with Garfield or whatever he is called. I dont know whats so special with the ultimate like versions of spiderman. Ever since i remember spider-man he was a responsible young adult and even teen (he isnt the cool type, he is the nerdy type). I dont know why they insist on this terrible portrail of the character.

The kids got talent and should be a nice fit to the Spiderman role. The Avengers need some young guns in their arsenal.

High school Spider-Man is lame. Not much hope for this movie though, especially after AoU.

"But he's just a kid."

Is what the Avengers will be saying when they see who he is, which is right but they never needed to show his face.

EDIT: *Throws Ultimate Spider-man in people's faces*

Hmm, pie.

What the hell? Hope the movie bombs. Bring back Tobey Maguire or dont make Spidey movies.

I just can't picture him blending in well with the rest of the Avengers cast.

I would've loved to see Andrew Garfield and Robert Downey Jr. playing their characters going at each other with their quirky remarks.

Tom Holland already screentested with Chris Evans and Robert Downey Jr. and both were impressed. The guy has signed a very big contract starting with Civil War in a small role, his own movie in 2017 Spectacular Spiderman: The new Avenger and will become a crucial part for Infinity War and will probably be the frontrunner in the 20s when Iron Man, Black Widow, Cap etc. Are done

He looks like one of those guys from one of those 1990's acne commercials.

Seriously, people. Tobey Maguire could play uncle Ben in a few years. He's turning 40 in a few days and looks his age.

Even Andrew Garfield is too old to play Spider-man. Casting someone as young as Tom was a good idea. We'll see if he makes a good spider-man, but asking for Tobey back makes zero sense.

Why does he have such yellow teeth at age 19?
