Yeah, about a year ago they reached a deal. He is getting a stand alone film and likely be in Captain America: Civil War as well as Avengers 3.

Agreed on that. If they wanted a young looking (16-18) person they finally got that aspect.

Marvel and Fox are on very bad terms right now. I only expect X-Men and Fantastic Four to come into MCU fold if they have a couple bombs in the next few years.
