Do you disagree with my subject?  The ratings are no where near gamerankings or whatever.

But it is okay.  I have a genius idea!  Do not allow people to rate a game unless they click on the "I own this game" link first.  Or better yet make the rating results public (as in how many people voted the game a 1 - 10 not the names of the voters and the number they voted).  But I like the first idea better because it's gonna be funny to see noob accounts owning the same game on multiple platforms.

 And don't post if all you're gonna say is, but plzdontbanme it is so easy to edit the games you own.

lol...at least pick out a specific game so we can bring all the requisite fanboys to duke it out.

This bloodbath happens every couple days...I suppose it's time again for everyone to accuse everyone else of jerry-mandering the all important game scores.

Edit....all the ideas you have suggested have been suggested at least 20 times by different people in different iterations of this thread.  The bottom line is that ioi has created a monster of a site and it's difficult to update the numbers/ keep the site clean of spammers/ have a life/ and attend to all the small problems that people have with this site.  I think it's just a matter of time before he gets around to dealing with that part.  But don't worry....fanboys will be fanboys and they will workaround whatever defenses he puts in place.

I think ioi should charge $100 vg bucks for every rating. If you dont have the cash you dont get to rate. - my idea is genius!

How about this:
You need to own the game AND answer a secret question about the game before you rate.

Ok here is what you must do. You must own the game pay 100$ answer 10 questions on the game and if you rate 5> must post a description on why.
