SSDs didn't fix the cutscene stuttering on Witcher 3, and if the same thing is happening here, I doubt you will get any improvement.
I'd wait for the inevitable patches if you are that unsatisfied with the game. Or maybe go after that thing called Steam Refunds, I don't know.
Just wait for patch's and new driver from Nvidia or AMD , and updated new windows, and also stay tuned on PC forums or steam forum, they will fix this, but the bad thing is you will need to wait for a month or even a year to play the perfect version.
Disgusting effort. 12 people, really?

I don't care about it anyway - it plays exactly like the first two games doesn't it? well plus the batmobile.
Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.
The PS4 version runs nicely
I did have 1 minor slowdown after quite a few explosions, but other than that it has been nice and smooth (and really fun!)
And Unity worked fine on PS4, not great, but fine
But this really is the problem with PC gaming, you have to pick and choose which games are actually playable on the system. Shame that they didn't go to the proper effort here, though given Rocksteady's size, you can understand it being outsourced. But even if it's outsourced, doesn't mean that should lead to bad results. Square Enix have produced a few good PC ports through this method
